What are your delivery times?

We prepare each order within 3 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 6 to 10 business days, depending on your location within the United Kingdom. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your package at any time from our Track My Order page.

Are delivery charges included?

Yes, delivery is free on all orders shipped within the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required.

Can I return a product?

Yes. In accordance with current regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, extended to 30 days commercially. The product must be returned in its original condition. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
